I would highly recommend this dent repairman to anyone. Came to my work place to repair my car after hitting a deer. Fit me in to his busy schedule, very efficient and affordable. Really nice guy.

We had a pleasant experience from the very start , it’s a family atmosphere but very professional. Three body shops said it couldn’t be done with PDR. I was blown away by the results. I would highly recommend them !

I got my 2016 Lexus 350rx ceramic coated at KCL creations. They also repaired a few dents and replaced the clear bra. My car looks brand new!!!! Crystal's and Koby's customer service is 5 star! They answered all of my questions and told me what products to use at home to always keep my car sparkling! Amazing company. Amazing family!

Questions and Answers

Q: Will paintless Dent repair void my vehicle warranty?

A:

No. Paintless Dent Repair will NOT void the vehicle warranty. In a lot of factory assembly plants, PDR is used on the assembly line while the car is being build to correct any dents or dings that happen during assembly.

Q: What is the benefit to applying paint protection film to my vehicle?

A:

Paint protection film will not only help to protect the painted surface against chipping and scratching from contact with debris. But it will also help to prevent sun oxidization and fading over long term UV exposure. When applied to headlamps, paint protection film can aid in reducing and some times preventing the plastic from fogging out and cracking due to UV rays. Paint protection film is an amazing product to help protect your vehicles exterior for a long period of time.

Q: Cant you just pop the dent out with a plunger?

A:

In most cases, no. You can not just simply use a plunger and repair the dented surface. You can sometimes get away with minimizing the damage, but not reverse the damage. You can also cause more damage by accidentally pulling the paint off the panel or pushing in to hard and creating a larger dent.

Q: Why is paintless dent repair a better repair for my dents then the conventional body shop?

A:

Paintless Dent Repair or PDR is a better repair for your vehicle due to the fact that it helps to maintain the factory coatings and paint finishes along with helps to save the factory OEM panels. The factory corrosion protection on the inside of the panels, factory seam seals and the factory coatings are things that can not be recreated to the same level as the original applied materials, thus using a repair method that will save these is a smarter and better repair for the vehicles long-standing then the more aggressive conventional body repair techniques.

Q: What kind of warranty does PDR have, and will my dent come back over a long period of time?

A:

We offer a life time warranty on our PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) services. Your repaired dent will never come back.

Q: How is PDR/Paintless Dent Repair performed?

A:

PDR is a technique used to message the metal surface back to its pre damaged condition. This process involves specialized metal rods and pics which are used to gently push on the metal from the underside/back of the dent to move it back into pre damaged position. In areas that the back side of the dent is not accessible, we can use a specialized glue to attach special plastic tabs to the exterior of the panel to then gently pull out on the dent.

Q: Can you use PDR/Paintless Dent Repair to fix dents on motorcycles?

A:

Yes. We have special tools to not only aid in the mounting of fenders and gas tanks, but also to access the dents on most areas of motorcycle tanks and fenders. Older motorcycles do pose a higher difficulty of access and ability to repair.

Q: What are the benefits to tinting my windows?

A:

Window tint not only changes the exterior appearance of the vehicle, but it also reduces the amount of internal heat inside from the sun beating on it and provides you with an amazing amount of UV protection. In fact the window tint we use is recommended by the Skin Cancer Foundation as an effective UV protectant.

Q: Wont dry ice just remove the dent?

A:

No, dry ice will not remove the dent from your vehicle surface. In fact, dry ice can cause a chemical reaction and eat the factory coatings of the metal surface causing you a much bigger and more expensive issue in the long run. Using dry ice is a myth and will not repair the damage properly.
