I don’t have a chimney so my review of Coachlight is based on the character of the owner, John. Today, I went straight into a snow bank on the corner of Gunn and Orion. Triple A was going to be 3 hours and I was prepared to wait since everyone was passing me without stopping. Then, John stopped and offered help. He worked on pushing out my car, then grabbed a shovel, then continued to work on pushing it out (with no gloves on in the freezing weather) until my car was pushed out of the bank. If you are considering who to hire, I can tell you that John is an incredible person.

Used Coachlight for a chimney and fireplace inspection on a recent home purchase. John was very knowledgeable and honest in helping me understand safety and correct maintenance. Will be using this company for all our future needs!

Coachlight is amazing! John is great! Even though he was unable to assist with my chimney issue (due to distance), John took the time to provide incredibly valuable advice over the phone. He walked me through what to look for and gave me expert guidance on how to address my situation - all without charging me a dime. It's rare to find a business that's willing to help someone knowing they won't get paid for their time and expertise. His generosity and professionalism speak volumes about the quality of service his actual customers must receive. If you're in his service area, you'd be lucky to work with this company.
